Project 01

Modular process skid: from equipment arrangement to transport-ready package

Problem

A dense process system had to fit inside a structural frame while preserving valve access, instrument visibility, piping clearances, support locations and transport constraints.

Engineering response

Coordinate frame geometry, equipment and piping arrangement, instrument locations, interfaces, fabrication information and revision-ready documentation so shop and field teams work from the same design intent.

Built result

A complete modular package assembled in the shop and transported as an integrated skid.

Project 02

Instrument cabinets & analyzer integration: serviceable by design

Problem

Process analyzers, transmitters, tubing, power and controls had to fit inside compact enclosures without turning inspection and maintenance into a maze.

Engineering response

Lay out devices by function, preserve service clearances, coordinate tubing and conduit paths, mounting, segregation, tagging and accessible connections.

Problem

Field power, relays, terminal points and equipment interfaces needed compact arrangements that remained understandable after installation.

Project 04

Problem

Pumps, filters, valves, piping and controls had to share a small footprint while staying accessible for operation, maintenance and field connection.
